Businesses that package any foods – this course shows how to conduct microbiological testing in accordance with the Australian standards and Department of Agriculture ESAM requirements
This practical two-day workshop covers the ability to obtain a range of samples that are representative of the source material (e.g. raw ingredients, product in process and final product) and to prepare the samples for testing.
The fee for this workshop is $800 per person (no GST applies) and includes:
