While our specialised Rural Financial Counsellors and Small Business Support teams work on reducing your financial stressors, our Wellness Support Officer will focus on YOU and your family’s emotional and physical wellbeing. Your health is priority and we work with you to develop personal strategies with tailored support to help better manage life’s unexpected challenges

Ask : “are you thinking about suicide?”  someone cares and is offering an opportunity to talk about feelings

Listen : be open minded and listen without prejudice

Stay : don’t be alone – make sure someone is always there

Isolation or feeling alone, withdrawing from friends and family
