Calling all of our fabulous business women of Nillumbik – you are invited to our must attend event of the year.

We are very excited and proud to announce our keynote speaker Fabian Dattner, CEO of Dattner Group and founder of Homeward Bound Projects.

Fabian Dattner is not your typical leadership expert – she’s a force of nature, a catalyst for transformation, and a fierce advocate for progress in the practice of leadership and for women leading in significant numbers. She is the founder of Dattner Group a cutting-edge leadership consultancy that specialises in empowering organisations through cultural transformation and elevating women’s visibility in leadership. She practices across Australia and increasingly in North & South America.

A Nillumbik local for most of her life (she lives in the same house in Eltham that she grew up in!) she has a truly global footprint. She is the co-founder, dreamer, and former CEO of Homeward Bound Projects – an extraordinary initiative that has captured global attention as the largest initiative in the world to elevate the visible leadership of women in STEMM.

This unique initiative unfolds as a transformative 10-month leadership program, culminating in a profound month-long expedition to Antarctica. The last voyage took place in November 2023, two ships carried 188 extraordinary women, including the visionary Fabian Dattner herself, to this icy frontier, where leadership and environmental advocacy converged.

Join us and Fabian, fresh from her November voyage to explore what is takes to remain resolved in your purpose with a sense of optimism for the future, especially at a time when many of our business are being challenged.

There will be plenty of time for networking and as well as the chance to win an AMAZING lunch for 2 at our renowned Shaw’s Road Winery.

This event WILL sell out – so what are you waiting for? Grab your tickets now.
