Agriculture Victoria invites farming families to a free workshop to discuss options for managing livestock through Drought conditions.

Guest Presenter: Alison Gunn

Alison is a veterinarian, who runs her own veterinary and animal health consultancy business in East Gippsland.

Alison and Agriculture Victoria staff will discuss the following key livestock management options

• Stock Containment Areas – siting, construction and design

• Early Weaning of Livestock – key factors to consider

• Managing herd/flock health during drought

Agriculture Victoria staff and a Rural Financial Counsellor will also discuss drought support services available for producers.

A light lunch will be served.
