The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) helps individuals and small businesses to resolve complaints about financial products & services.
They are currently touring Australia and holding local events in Gippsland.
Staff from AFCA will be at the three locations to provide free financial fairness checks for consumers and small businesses (up to 100 employees), and answer any questions about problems experienced with their bank, insurer, financial adviser, finance broker, or superannuation fund.
