RFCS Gippsland is a Government funded Not for Profit organisation supporting farming enterprises and small rural businesses in south eastern Victoria for over 35 years. Our team delivers free programs of business planning and support as well providing crisis recovery assistance to our clients. Our objective: to support clients make informed decisions about their future and work towards a positive financial and personal outcome.

If you have a passion for helping clients, have significant financial or agribusiness experience and want to contribute to the success of our rural communities, this is the position for you!
